Service Format

- Voice Consultations: Engage in a 60 or 120-minute interactive session for real-time advice.

Consultation Process:

1. Purchase the Service: Select and purchase your desired consultation service from our website.
2. Submit Information: Provide your birth details, including date and time, through our "Contact Us" form. If birth time is uncertain, purchase the Birth Time Rectification service first.
3. Receive Report or Schedule Consultation:
   -Text Reports： Delivered within 7 business days, or 7 days after rectification if applicable.
   - Voice Consultations: Appointment scheduled within 5-15 business days.
4. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once for free. Additional changes incur a $50 fee per reschedule, up to three times. If the new time still doesn’t work, you’ll receive a 70% refund.
5. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once the service is completed.
