Do you ship to my country and is shipping free?
Currently, we only ship to the US and Canada. Orders over $69.90 after applying discounts, vouchers, or special promo codes qualify for free shipping. All orders are processed and shipped as usual, but there might be slight delays due to carrier backlog. Rest assured, we are taking all necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of our local and global communities.
Can I change the shipping address? If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us before your order has been shipped, ideally as soon as possible after placing your order. We generally ship within 72 hours. To make the change, please email us with your order number and the correct address. If the order has already been shipped, we will contact the shipping carrier to request the change. However, please note that since the package is already in transit, the change may not be successful. If it cannot be changed, the package will be delivered to the original address provided.

How to track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package at your convenience. Additionally, you can track your order at any time on our website. If you have any questions about the tracking number or its status, please feel free to contact us. Note: Due to carrier system delays, your tracking information might take up to 48 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
How long until my package arrives?
Orders are generally packed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 72 hours. Typically, delivery takes about 2-4 weeks. Some pre-ordered or customized items may take longer as per the product or service page details.
I haven't received my order yet - Whom should I contact?
If you haven’t received your product within the expected delivery time, please check here (track link). If you still have questions, feel free to contact us. If the tracking number shows your package has reached your city, you can contact your local post office for further delivery information. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the shipping address or phone number provided during the purchase process. If your shipping information is incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible.
Missing item in shipment—what to do?
Orders with multiple items are packed and shipped from our fulfillment center based on stock availability. Sometimes an order may be shipped in two, three, or even four separate packages. Please allow some time for all items to arrive. If you do not receive all packages within the expected delivery time, please contact us, and we will immediately check everything.
Why is my order late?
If you have not received your order and the expected delivery time on the shipping method page has passed, please check the latest updates on your tracking number. Sometimes, delays can occur due to bad weather, holidays, customs checks, and backlogs, which may require a few extra days for delivery. If there are no clear updates on the tracking number and the delivery date has passed, or if you have any concerns, please contact us. We will immediately check everything.
