What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. While we offer a 30-day return policy (with some exceptions), please do not return any items before contacting us. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Note: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any free gifts.

How to return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. Due to the international nature of our product sources and environmental considerations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For international orders, we will offer reasonable compensation, such as coupons or gift cards, for any issues. Which items or services are non-returnable?

How will I receive my refund?
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund, and it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please first check your bank account, then reach out to your credit card company or bank, as refunds may require additional processing time to be reflected in your account.
